I made the purchase an hour ago, why haven't I received the download information?
The download information is sent automatically. Please make sure you are checking the right email account for the download information.

I made the purchase several days ago, why haven't I received the download information?
If you have not received the download information within 24 hours of your purchase, it could be because:

	1.	The email from us has bounced back, or has been deleted by your ISP without any notification
	2.	SpamCop is blocking our emails
	3.	The email address you used to make the purchase is inactive
	d.	The domain name in your PayPal account is not configured properly
	4.	You paid with an eCheque

Please make sure:

	1.	The email address you used to make the purchase is active
	2.	Send an email to Keyword Catalog using another account but NOT from the same ISP or domain name if possible
	3.	Wait for the eCheque to clear (usually takes 4-5 business days) or cancel the order and pay by credit card

I get an error message when I expand the downloaded file. What should I do?
Occasionally, the download process can corrupt the file – especially if you are using a slow dial-up connection at a busy time. If this happens to you, please wait a few hours and try downloading the file again when there is less Internet traffic.
